Does that include the Harran Ranger Bundle DLC? If not you might want to consider getting it, you get a craftable bow really early on in the game which you can create from really basic materials. It makes the early game so much less of a grind. I didn't like the game all that much until I got that specific DLC for a few bucks.

There is this great spot in the south-west part of the starting area where there is an electrified pool right next to a huge congregation of zombies (the street where you have to setup the two car traps as part of the early story quests)... you can literally toast dozens of them in one go if you're a little good at luring them. Combine with a gas canister for great effect.

It appears to include pretty much everything! I'm loving the weapons you can carry over from playing the Hellraid mode! The attack damage is insane on some of them and you can literally go running through the streets chopping off several heads at a time with ease... My power skills are levelling up quite nicely

And that one is better than on other platforms too? I would really never stop to think to play that exact version.

No, while it is solid port, it is not any better than other platforms, at least not from what I've seen so far.

Only reason I am playing it - testing recalbox on RPi400. I usually pick some random games and try to finish them. I played Duffy Duck on GB to end, and this is second game I play, but not sure if I will get to end on time. (Save states at the end of levels) I might have to replay the game. (unless I find GG code to stop timer )

I strongly recommend recalbox for simple gaming experience.

Last time I completed Prince of Persia was over a decade ago, on Amiga.

While we at the game, what is meaning of jumping through mirror in the game?

Done with SMS Prince of Persia, played bit of Galaga on MSX.

It is just incredible how games on MSX all look and play much better then on rest of 8bit computers. Most games I played are very close conversions of arcades.

Any suggestions what to play next?

Prince of Persia has a story? Wizard bad, kidnaps princess, prince must save her. He does. The end.

The mirror is just a trap set by the wizard.

Nice... there is a story... Bad part of your self (why otherwise your mirror part would close door at one of jumps)

After playing Knighmare, where I could not get past first boss, I played Wolfchild in minimig and Sonic on FPGA C64..

Batman the Movie. It just never gets old and a far better version on the 'miggy (that sound oh that wonderful sound) than the ST version that I played growing up! No wonder it sold A500s by the bucket-full!

I don't remember every playing that game. I should try it.

I played Toki on Amiga, and just as I remember it, hard, unforgiven and I still did not finish the game.

Skyrim again, this time a bow only user which is pretty much the polar opposite of my passive character run. Read: not allowed to do anything offensively against any creature unless it is a bow or crossbow, but using fists or a spell to do something with the environment is fine (like burning bee houses...). Inspired by hilarious Youtuber ymfah.

As a bit of roleplaying the character is a hunter and so if he sees any kind of prey, he has to hunt it and take its skin / horns /eyes / whatever. This includes rabbits and foxes. And chickens! Why didn't I ever do that before, archery and sneak level so much faster if you literally murder everything that moves The calm spell works really well here again, calming an enemy allows for becoming hidden again and getting more stealth shots out. Skyrim easy-easy mode.

I'm having fun with The Evil Within. It's gory and bloody, and I admit I'm enjoying it.

Blessed with some incredible Amiga ports lately so been rotating those around since xmas.

In the mainstream gaming world, Icarus. One of the best co-op survival games I have ever played. A forest fire is a sight to behold and induces major panic when its near your camp!

Are the two games vastly different?
