Reasoning with trolls
Does anyone have that one?
BTTR says it doesn't work on emulators. I'd like to check it out on the latest WinUAE version ... TIA |

yup i've got the tosec version Reasoning with Trolls (19xx)(-)[b][o]
and unfortunately it still seems bad, it crashes immediately and i've tried a few diff configs all with the same result. i'll upload it to the zone for you though maybe you'll have more success. |

I just tested with WinFellow and I immediately get a Guru but I also noticed the adf got the wrong size (912.384 Bytes) Maybe a bad dump ?

Maybe it needs to be a larger disk image?

FIXED IT!
Thanks for upping the overdump, Belgarath!
I FIXED IT! UNIX strikes again ... - renamed this TOSEC naming victim to rwt_overdmp.adf typed this: tail < rwt_overdmp.adf --bytes=901120 > rwt.adf (that reads: go from the end 901120 bytes up, truncating the first 11264 bytes!) That's it ! I found ANOTHER boot block @ track 22 on the overdump. Cool adventure game! :bounce And rare as hell |

the trolls give you VERY trivial mathematical and logical puzzles if you can't pay them...hmmm... |
