GVP HD8+ A500 PSU just died. Repair help?

My GVP PSU didn't last long since purchasing. Like 4h of total usage time.
There is a voltage on the primary side on the little yellow transformer but there is no voltage present on the secondary side. Neither 5v or 12V.

Maybe somebody already tired to fix one.

It is possible to change the psu altogether - but the idea is to fix before anything else.

I have checked all the caps - all measure very well like factory spec.
There is 3xx V present after the Graetz bridge. No visible burning / damage / shorts.
Thanks for any ideas.
