ShapeShifter Midi-driver on WinUAE
Trying to hook up ShapeShifter to my Windows midi device using MidiShape http://aminet.net/package/misc/emu/MidiShape
Followed the install guide, but only manage to output silence. The midi works fine from AmigaOS. Anyone know how to set this up on emulation? |

I don't know what Shapeshifter does but this should help to find some clues:
Run winuae with -log command line parameter (use windowed mode). Check serial port/midi related log messages when using AmigaOS MIDI program. There should be at least two message, one that tells serial port mode , baud rate etc.. and another that tells MIDI is active. Quit winuae fully, do above again but use MIDI inside ShapeShifter. Compare serial port/midi log messages. |
