Amiga Tank Mouse used as a joystick
Greetings, everyone!
I'm into buying one of Amiga Tank mice off eBay, but I want to use it with my ZX Spectrum Kempston interface, Atari 2600, Philips Videopac G7200 or other devices with Atari 2600 joystick port. I have read that Commodore 1351 mouse has got a so-called "joystick mode" which is activated by holding one of the buttons on the mouse while powering up. The question is, does it apply to any tank-shaped mouse? Thank you in advance for replies. |

The Amiga mouse can not do this sorry. You will need a 1351.
The reason C64 mice do this is to support use of applications that only have joystick control for the pointer on GUI. |
