Integrating x87 FPU emulation from PCem into Bridgeboard emulation

Moving this request to a new thread, since the old thread title is no longer accurate...

PCem v16 has been released, and it now features complete x87 FPU emulation (8087/287/287XL/387) for pre-486 Intel CPUs. I have tested it out, and it seems to work perfectly. Would it be possible to integrate this into the WinUAE Bridgeboard emulation, so that Bridgeboard FPU support can be enabled?

PCem v16 merge has started. No guarantee it is successful, lots of changes between v14 and v16.

PCem v16 merge almost done. It boots and at least A2286 BIOS detects FPU if enabled. Most merge issues were again C vs C++ and GCC/MSVC differences.

Hopefully PCem author can accept some patches that should make future merges easier and faster. Otherwise PCem code is quite nicely modular.

I'll post testing thread later. I am not going to do any more testing than to confirm DOS disk boots
