Thanks Jeff - yep, I reported this bug a few days ago now in the private HOL migration thread. Unfortunately, it's yet another bug that is the product of the recent HOL migration to the new server and, thankfully, this one only occurs when HOL entries containing weblinks in the Notes section are updated.

Cody's working to resolve a handful of bugs that have been reported at present. There are one or two others I've got queued up to report and I'm sure there are more obscure bugs lurking that are yet to be uncovered also! Adrian's done very well to resolve a few of the earlier bugs reported thus far, so please be patient and know that he's on the case!

Anyway, it would be a big help if you and other HOL end-users report any further bugs that you come across here (as there are only so many that we can pick up on ourselves). Thanks again!
