Which player you are talking about, WHDLoad can be run by Shell, by Icon, GUI (frontend). With WHDLoad You can not run standard ADF images but games specially installed by WHDLoad.

I mean the AF Frontend!

I want to start a Whdload game like in FSUae, double click an run.

At the moment, i must start a workbench and start from there the whdload games, but i want all games in the Amiga Forever frontend!

I'm not in any way connected with Cloanto, but based on information on their page, it would appear WHDLoad isn't supported from the AF frontend.

It is supported the way you are using it, by starting up Workbench.

You can configure minimal system disks to run games by a double click as long as the HDF has the software to run.

Or you can do what I've done in the past and create a .BAT file to run them from WinUAE with a menu system.

Just configure a game (e.g. Dungeon Master) on a minimal A500 system (with enough RAM of course to run it - so possibly A500+). Use the Startup-Sequence to run your game.

Load up WHDLoad to the system disk and run your RP9.

I know you won't have a list of games "at the top" but you'll have a list of games in the AF distro - pretty much the same.
