Image viewer for use with RTG!
Looking for a good jpeg/bmp etc image viewer for use with RTG cards!
I've been using Visage 020 version which worked great (if slow) on AGA but now I've got a Voodoo 3 + WarpDT, Visage runs a heck of a lot better but it can't center the image correctly as now it leaves a black line about 1" at the bottom which squashes the image, the guide says 'center' has issues with RTG. If I omit the 'center' option the image displays fullscreen but on the left! Tried Multiview but couldn't get it to work right as wasn't sure about 'SCREEN' and 'PUBSCREEN=' tooltypes. Viewtek only seems to work with AGA modes. So what do you peeps with RTG cards use for an image viewer? |

Seems fine with 040, but WOS keeps giving me PPC Exception on PICSHOW_PRELOAD?
Running PPC/060 with Warp3D + WarpDT. Saw the PRELOAD bug on the PicShow page so set PRELOAD 1 and still get PPC Exception. Last edited by BarryB; 22 March 2014 at 14:07. |

ShowPPC is a good all in one PPC & RTG viewer.

Tried ShowPPC but it doesn't seem to want to play as a simple picture viewer as it won't scale the image to the screen automatically, not that I can find.
Used from shell as I want to use it in DiskMaster 2, managed to get it showing the image without a window but autoscale seems to be missing? I'll have to read the docs again! |

Have now got Picshow working using 'preload 0', seems to have stopped the PPC Exceptions!

I've used Cybershow on A4000/CV64 for years and its never let me down.
I think it still needs registering though. |

I've been using CyberWindow for quick window mode shows on WB when doubleclicking from dopus and CyberShow for fullscreen/slideshow more serious watching
 Had them already with CV64/3D and kept using with Mediator/Voodoo3...
