Whatever happened to the sequel of Unreal?
Some days ago I finally finished Ordilogic/Art & Magic/Appeal's Unreal. When watching the outro I saw the pic shown below which says 'To be Continued...'. Does anyone know whether they had serious plans in releasing a sequel to this game?

*Sigh*
I knew that answer would come up sooner or later.
I have seen the pictures but it seems the firedragon and firesword have disappeared since Unreal 1. No, seriously, anyone knows whatever happened to Unreal 2 for Amiga? |

"To be continued" is a very common sentence to games ending. (n64 goldeneye )
are you sure that the unreal 2 amiga project was real ? |

I agree with RCK, movies do that a lot, too, in the hopeful possibility that the item is a hit, a sequel can be safely linked to the predecessor's ending. |

only the AmigaOne could handle Unreal2 at a good FPS rate....
and that would have to be a big ass power system... |

@Tim. I think part of the answer lies in whether if the development team ever programmed another Amiga game.
Going slightly off-topic,I wonder whats the copyright situation regarding reusage of old game names. Unreal is one example, another was Creatures & Creatures II on the C64, (with the later release of a completely different game by the same name on the PC). |
