I got the new audio to work the first time. But after that it never worked again, and I cannot get it to work no matter what I tried.

I don't know what the problem is, and work gets in the way (plus other sprite/bitplane issues) but I'll get that sorted this weekend

i didn't finish this game in the 90's because of my english
I wasn't good enough for the police questions...
I just think about it, could you make a french version ???
If yes, i could make the translation !!!!
My wife is english teacher she could help if needed !!!

I have already translated the questions to french in my Supercars 3 remake 15 years ago.

Not sure to do the changes for the Amiga version. Depends on how hard it is.

fixed the music issue yesterday night. Still some palette issues for gates & missiles and it will be pretty complete.

Also changed the lake colors to a darker blue (a pattern would be nice, though, as plain color looks a bit dull). New release this weekend.

I thought the water pattern in "Supercars2_AGA_alpha_07.zip" looked great, see attached.

I'd say leave as is.

Yeah, after having attempted to replace it by some uniform dark blue, I love it too... Maybe I'd like something similar but darker.

If you want to enhance the pic (including making it 256 colors) be my guest. It's not a problem for me to convert a PNG to a raw image I can use in the game.

edit: ripped it from the game and changed colors a bit

small update: now missiles & smoke/explosions colors have been fixed. Now the gates, and then globally the game is done.

new update today (in the zone). In-game music working of course. Graphics/colors fixed. Still something to do about the water ponds, but the main display issues (cars, trains, gates, missiles) have been fixed.

Thanks! Maybe it's just my config, but in the latest version the race graphics is corrupted, and when I select in-game music, the race never starts - it just halts at a black screen.

Just tried the latest version and I get a black screen when I try to play the game with in game music.

Since it's AGA version that little MF1000 label on computer on repairs screen could be changed into MF A1200 or A4000. Definitely water looks better now.
