Hello i noticed lately i have been getting on my CF/Sd Cards. What would cause this! What i need to fix this!! Thanx Michael Weathers

How old are the cards?
Are you powering the machines down when safe to do so? |

If the cards are ok it could also be a virus.

There are multiple reasons why this could happen, so it is hard to guess. One error would be a corrupt card - they age, and only take a limited number of write cycles. Another one would be a bad connection to the system. How is it connected? SCSI2SD? Is the SCSI bus terminated correctly on both ends? Another one would be a corrupt filing system, probably because you turned the system off while it was writing. In such a case, rescue all the data to a second storage, reformat and copy the data back.
