AVI Output enabled

Hi,

Are you able to make the option of the hotkey bind for Audio/Video Recording open a window to select AVI filename? Like how the "AVI output enabled" button under the Output tab works.



Like when you press "..." in Output Properties and a window opens...

Also

Is it possible to have some sort of notification in the winuae status bar below that AVI recording is active or not? It seems the only way to detect recording is pressing F12 and going into Output TAB

Done. Should it also automatically start recording if not already recording?

I can append "R" (or something like that) to window border FPS counter. I am not going to add separate led. (Recording being almost lowest possible priority feature etc )
