Using your retro hardware?

I was just wondering how many of you on a daily basis put your retro computer hardware to a practical use aside from gaming, and what exactly that use is!

The only example I really have of this is my Mac Cassic II, it sits inconspicuously in a corner of my desk running a claris works database with about 8500 of my records catalogued on it:

This enables me to quickly search and see which records I have and what condition they are in etc.

So what are all you guys using your retro hardware for?

you even got a picture of your retro car

I (not daily but almost) use my Game Gear, but that doesn't count I guess as I can only use it for gaming

I use my A500 every single day for every single thing I have to do with a computer. Every web page browsed, every post posted, every email sent & received, every document created/read & printed, everything downloaded/uploaded/packed & unpaked are all done on my A500. (...and of course the occasional game )

Surely you can't do everything with it? Elaborate, I'm keen to hear more!

I never play mods or sids on my PC. When I'm in that sort of mood, it has to be an Amiga. I'm also retro APP'ing, gone back to imagine 4.0 to see if I can better the work I produced on my old A1200 (now i'm old, and use MAX at work).
And producing roleplaying adventures in pagestream.
Winuae or my A4000T are often used for my pixel art. Brillance, PPaint and DPaint are still top of the line for pallete work.

I've also begun to dabble in Mac emulation again, to see if they have any decent browsers for system 7.5

Hmmm, retro:
-Cobalt Qube2 - On-line MUD, FTP, Web server, soon e-mail(ish). Maybe I'll inflict an internet radio on the world too. (very much in the testing stage)
-Sun Sparc Classic - Migrating the family's files from the x86 media server to this: 'cauz I can.
-RiscPC (x3): 600 - Gaming machine. SA273 - for stuff + backup server. SA 300!+Viewfinder - Main computer for 'basics' inc surfing. (sorry guys, Firefox has been ported to RiscOS)
-Acorn A3020 - Classic gaming machine. (Thanks Methanoid)
-Acorn A3000-x86 - Amithlon box and runs RiscOS via emulation, WinXP for day-to-day stuff. Was my main Oolite box. (current mobo: dead )

What?
Oh, AMIGA..?

-CD32 & a ton of original games. Plugged into the media server via s-video = Amiga goodness on the projector. (not that the media server doesn't emulate just about every vaguely retro computer and console)
-A1200 (x2): Both project machines @ present. One is destined to become a 'Pimp My Ride' horror. The other will be an Uber-miggy par-excellence but still in development hell...
...then I'll find a use for it.
-Um, Amithlon box (x2): Both in regular use as 'useful' computers for stuff like word processing, artwork, etc... (Yes, I do regard these as 'real' Amigas)

-Did I mention the x86 Oric Atmos I'm building for my daughter..?

-Oh, one or two boggo x86 boxes scattered about.

The whole lot's networked up for file & print sharing.

Not enough hours in the day, God knows when any of it will be finished...

What a fun old thread
Of course I use my old hardware for more than just games!
For example, when the new WHDLoad pack comes out, I use FileManager to copy it's contents onto each and every games folder, seperately.
Listening to mods in ProTracker to "see the beats" or in HippoPlayah to just listen, I'd consider non-gaming too.
