Australia's a pretty big place- there's surely more than one Kyle Hodgetts- careful you don't accidentally sully the wrong guys name.
One of his aliases is kyle hodgetts programmer form down under though... still he could have appropriated that identity also.

Caution is indeed warranted since a reputation is a fragile thing.

I did a quick survey of the games this Amiga programmer participated to though and it is interesting to note that almost all of them include graphics ripped from very famous IP licenses such as R-Type, Rygar, Black Tiger, and possibly others.

This seems quite flimsy evidence to argue the guy is a serial con man though, there are probably lots of similar ripping cases in he Amiga budget title market.

How old do you reckon that conman is? To be the same guy he'd have to be at least 18 in 1990 so add 26 gives at least 44. Does that conman look 44? I'd say he's younger so not the same guy.
