No copyrighted software should be appearing on any website without permission of the copyright holder. I have never released any of my software to the public domain.

LOL!

It is unlikely that I will ever just release any of my software as public domain, especially since I am now producing brand new CBM products and I will re-release updated versions of my old software as commercial products.

I am working on the updates right now. I already have a few modern products available (like SuperCard Pro), and will be releasing some new C64 hardware at the end of this month. I expect new software to be release next month.

As long as you can still make money, why not.

Here is an idea: How about optimize your code (in Fusion) to work well with the new supercharged Vampire accelerators? Maybe run OS8.
This can be fastest Mac (680X0) ever running on Amiga.

Making money there might be difficult, for the tiny amount of people who want to run MacOS on Amiga shapeshifter works fine.

I'd imagine the people that are willing to pay money for Fusion instead is vanishingly small

Shapeshifter can not match the speed or compatibility of FUSION. I do have a Vampire board in route and I will look at making a video driver for it.

Great news! Even better if we can buy Fusion somewhere officially...

*psst* it's "the Amiga", not "Amiga"

Yes, it runs up to 8.1 (and a few service packs after that), which is the last official version of the Mac OS that supports 68K based machines.

It is now September and I still don't see any software available for purchase on your Web site. Please advise

Nothing to purchase yet. There have been some beta versions of FUSION and PCx for the Vampire board released. I have written a few new device drivers, one of which allows mounting of .iso images as CD ROM drive and some other general improvements. I won't be offering anything officially until it is fully debugged.
