Monkey Island HD

I'm having problems with The Secret of Monkey Island, the HDF file. (Using WB3.1), the game loads fine, passes the copy protection (it enters four / automatically) and loads the title screen. However, once the title screen ends, all HD activity stops and I'm left with a black screen.
Does Monkey Island need any special options enabled in WinUAE?

I'm using latest WinUAE, kick3.1, CPU 68020, Full ECS...

Thanks

I would, but kickstart 1.3 doesn't seem to be able to use Hard Disks.
There seem to be ways to make it, though. I guess I'll have a go at one of those.
Thanks.

Copy fastfilesystem from WB1.3-disk's L-directory to your WinUAE's Kickstart-rom directory or use complete harddisk images instead of hardfiles. (0822R2 or newer required)

I'm sorry Toni, could you explain that in more detail? Where is my WinUAE's kickstart-rom directory (do you mean the folder where I put my kickstart roms ie. C:\Program Files\WinUAE), and how do I copy this fastfilesystem thing from inside WB1.3?

This is very tricky, and if you don't have a WB 2.0 or higher and Kickstart 2.0 + that will permit you to access Windows drives you're out of luck.

1. Get a WB 1.3 image or transfer your own copy from real disk.

2. Go to http://adfopus.sourceforge.net/ and get ADFOpus, which will allow you to extract particular files from AmigaDOS disks (like WB 1.3).
Move to folder L and get the binary named FastFileSystem off this WB 1.3 disk image. Copy FastFileSystem to the folder where your Kickstart ROMs reside.
