It takes an Intel I9 28 minutes (!) to do what a mac can do in 3minutes.

That's some serious lost time/money.

Let's be sensible - those Mac benchmarks are only a week old. When G4/G5 was a thing, certain benchmarks "proved" that Intel was all but dead too. There are uses for all kinds of machines - I have a M1 Mac for some kinds of work and a Ryzen 9 rig for others.
