The Manager - Manuals (+missing artists completely and languages)

The game is missing both manuals, english and italian and should be added.
Everything I wrote below is possible to verify in these manuals. The manuals are uploaded to "The Zone!"

The names of files are:
The Manager (U.S.Gold) - Manual (En)
The Manager (U.S.Gold) - Manual (It)

This game is also completely missing all artists. The artists are exactly the same like in german release of the game called "Bundesliga Manager Professional", also "unknown" developer is the same. Everything can be copied from here without fear. It can be verified (if needed) directly in manuals, where the credits are (see above).

Thank you for the contribution I need to ask if we can add the Italian manual as it is clearly a reproduction and not a scan. Everything else has been added.
