Valuation for an Escom AT1200 030@50MHz

What's an Amiga Technologies A1200 with the 3.1 ROMS worth? It's not boxed but has zipsticks and a new mouse.

It has a 6GB hard drive partitioned into three with SFS. It doesn't look visibly yellowed.

It has a Blizzard MkIV 030/50 accelerator, I'd have to double check RAM on it but I think it's 32MB.

Issues (the four wheeled type) mean I might need the cash, what would it all be worth and should I sell separately? The Blizzards go for good money don't they?

If this is an original AT1200HD and in good condition it could be worth upward of £200, even without the box.

Mm interesting. I have an amiga 32mb A1200 amiga technologies with an 060 card (i also have the blizzad `040. Its got the original hard disk but ive totally forgotten how big it was lol 150mb? Its got a cd writer and is in mint condition as its in my loft in a nice padded box. For me, even if it was worth £500 id not sell it as its a part of my life if that makes sense. The 060 card (blizzard) was around £460 from gordon harwood in `96 and its funny how even though things are pretty cheap nowadays, id never dream of spending £400 on a nvidia card for my pc!

Crikey. Unfortunately not though, it's a standard AT1200, I added the HD myself.

I'm the same in that I don't want to let it go but it's under the bed (in a protective box) and I've used it for about 2 weeks in the last 2 years

Thing is though, imagine what it would be worth in 50 years time? These machines get thrown away by kids who dont realise thier true worth and many machines go faulty and no longer work. So i think a working machine would be an antiques roadshow gold dust item :-) In my loft i have my 2 spectrums, amiga 500+ and a mint A600, c64 and maybe more i cant remember but im saving them as heirlooms. Who knows, could be an investment in good cond.

You'd better have removed the battery from the A500+ before stowing it in your loft, or else it won't be in very good condition when you come to retrieve it.

So is it all AT A1200's that are valuable or just the HD model?

The far greater part of the value of your AT1200 is in the Blizzard MkIV '030/50MHz accelerator card and 32MB RAM.

I'm going to sell my A1200 (in the New Year probably). May have to split as suggested but a shame as I spent ages configuring it and it works a treat as a system.

If anyone's interested in buying it as a whole please let me know.

Spec:

Amiga Technologies A1200 with Kickstart 3.1 ROMS
Workbench 3.1
Phase V Blizzard 1230/50 accelerator with 32MB
6GB 2.5" hard drive, 3 partitions of 2GB with SFS (system, games, apps)
Netgear MA401 PCMCIA wifi card with drivers installed
RGB Scart cable
Zipstick
Lots of games on hard drive with a legit copy of WHDLoad
Amiga mouse
Standard PSU

Great cosmetic condition, doesn't look yellowed.
No box as it was ruined but I still have the main part of the box lid (it's a Magic Pack)

Send me a PM if interested.
