Well, it's very appreciated!

If there are any tutorials out there then please point me in the direction of them. The text editor in my Winuae setup is a bit iffy though as I keep getting a Software error (0003 8007) which I think is a library error, and this happens every time I even try to open it, so I can't even look at things like Startup Sequences to learn about them.

There probably are, but I've never searched.

I taught myself. If you look at some of the disks I've created in say DirOpus, you can see how it's done.

What text editor do you use?

I usually just use the one in "ClassicWB Lite 3.1", or "CygnusEd Professional v4.2" after booting from "Workbench v3.1 rev 40.42 (1994)(Commodore)(M10)(Disk 2 of 6)(Workbench)[!].adf"

Use "Erase All" command in direct mode.

Oh wow, that made a huge difference

.AMOS file is now only: 150748

Compile CLI Exe is now only: 127680
Guess I should update the disk

New disk now in The Zone!

The only file that's crunched with "Crunch-Mania V1.91t" is "Streets - Stage 1.mod": 390780 --> 159456

All other files are original.

It's just the stock text editor in WB 40.42. Must have been a bad install as I can't even get it to open by itself without a Software Error.

That's fantastic Dan, thank you!

I tried to delete some of the unused samples from the MOD in Protracker but I can't for the life of me figure out how to remove individual samples. The only option is to clear the whole sample bank which seems really inconvenient, and none of the documentation seems to mention how to do it individually. I guess it doesn't really matter if it fits anyway, so it's fine.

You have the "System - Classic WB Lite 3.1 & AMOS Professional v2.00" .HDF that I created for you years ago

Just use the Text Editor in this.

Edit: sent you a PM.
