I finally got my programmer and it worked well - i programmed the MBM27C1000's with the files from Amiga Forever and they worked first time (My programmer is a TOP2013)

Does any of you know whether NEC's UPD27C1000D-15's are compatible? I guess they are, but I can't find any specs on these...

you'll have to compare this to the actual cdtv rom sheet - you may need to make an adapter if any of the pins are a different way round

CDTV Extended ROMs with 28F010

IIRC Only with an adapter to swap two 27C1000 pins and burn it as 27C1001

Thanks, took me long enough to reply. :-D I haven't got any further with the project, but according to the pinout on the site you linked to, they should work as-is. Thanks again!
