Defective A1000 keyboard cpu
Hey,
My A1000 keyboard has a 6500 keyboard cpu, that has died. Is it is possible to use one of the newer versions, like the 6570, as a direct replacement? |

There are a couple pins that are different. Ive bought a socket and using bodge wires swapped the two pins. Its a bit tall but the keyboard goes back together.
Aah ok here is the website I used which has a side by side comparison on the pinouts: https://www.amiga-stuff.com/hardware/6500_1.html |
