Abenteuer Europa

First of all, I must say I'm not sure this game even exists on the Amiga. The only indication I have is that I've played the PC version (this is where the screenshots have been taken from) and the cursor looked awfully familiar - it's the standard WB3 cursor!

The name of the game is "Abenteuer Europa". It's a point & click Adventure published by the German political party SPD as advertisement in 1994. I couldn't find it in TOSEC or any other sources (it's not "Auf dem Weg nach Europa" ). Being a sucker for cheesy promotial games, I just have to have that one if an Amiga version exists

This was a freeware game. And it is only available for PeeCee.

What makes you so sure? Just that you've never seen an Amiga version or do you have any actual information about the release?

Yeah, I love the advertisement games, too. Still many missing, but will hopefully turn up. I hope you are right that this exists for the Amiga.

It was developed by COMAD. And the one and only games from COMAD that never saw the daylight were a game for CRUNCHIPS and KRAFT tomato catchup.

On the Amiga, Kraft Ketchup (aka Ketchup Connection) was done in 1993 by The Art Department/Ego Software and published by Delta Konzept.

The credits of this game say "Ego Software", too. And the style of the cuts is very reminiscent of the Adventures made by Art Department (this 'pixilization' - hard to describe if you haven't seen it yourself).

Update: an old PC magazine from 1994 which actually reviewed that game (!) lists the publisher as "Tovax GmbH".

Thanks dude!
I added this publisher, but still kept Delta Konzept unless I can figure out it's actually wrong with this particular game.

Perhaps Tovax only published the PC version?

Could be. I have no information about the Amiga version, I just assumed it would be the same. But who knows? If there is no indication in the game, it's probably wrong...

I sure wish someone could turn up a copy of Ketchup Connection for the Amiga. And Aquarius Game from the same pair (EgoSoft/Delta Konzept).
