How long do you plan on using your classic Amiga?

How long do you plan to keep and use your classic Amiga computer? I plan on keeping mine for the next 30+ years.

As you have no ´Forever´ option included, i go for 30+ years. In the next few years i plan to get more amigas, so that if one dies, ill have a replacement

Send a message via ICQ to AMIGAZ
I'll hold on to my amigas as long as they're working and I can replace defective parts.
If new hardware is still made and new OS'es show up I think I'll still be using it when I'm retired.

I guess it really depends on people like Toni Wilen. If WinUAE was perfect A500/1200 emulation, easy to use, no issues then I'd switch.

As it isnt I still use the real Amiga.

I'm so glad youre going to continue to haunt EAB it would be a shame if those bones stopped typing. Can the smell not be masked for a while? maybe a couple of decaying cats would do the job?(sorry for drifting off subject but it's been a long weekend and the brain is a bit fuzzy at the mo)

There should be a "forever" option, or "as long as I can get it working" ....

What are you missing, except the "real Amiga feeling" you get with a physical Amiga?

Amiga is the "James Bond" of personal computers.
