Save Prefs on Blanker Commodity
I use the Blanker Commodity on my ClassicWB Amiga 1200 to blank the screen after 300 seconds. I like to change the prefs to not cycle colours and not use an Animation. This works fine, but the settings will not save, when I turn off or reset my Miggy the setting revert back to default.
Is there a way to save them? or is there something better to use than Blanker? Thanks. |

Save Prefs on Blanker Commodity
If the settings are saved in ENV: but not in ENVARC: the make you changes and copy the ENV: file back to ENVARC. If you did not what was the actual file, you can CLI>Copy ENV: ENVARC: ALL QUIET

Blanker's settings are stored in its icon's tooltypes. There is no option to save settings, you have to adjust the tooltypes manually.

Thanks for that, I'm just starting to learn about these tool types thingies lol it's funny back in the day when I had my first Amiga, I knew literally nothing about any of this stuff, my knowledge ended at how to load a game and play it, but what with the EAB end the Internet I'm learning so much and really enjoying the journey.
