Question Help with graphic issues

Hey, I wanted to emulate the Amiga game Rise of the Robots because I need sprites from said game and the quality on this version is just that good.
But I have a problem emulating the game.

FS-UAE won't start the game at all:

It just doesn't stop spitting more and more of the white text out (it scrolls continously upwards without anything changing, I waited half an hour)

I managed to make it work with AmigaLive, but the green lines graphic error is still present:

These are my FS-UAE Settings:

Sorry, I changed the language to German.

My PC / Laptop specs:
Acer Nitro 5
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
16GB RAM
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
Windows 10 Home Ver. 21H2

Hope you can help me.

I usually use Winuae, but I tried it out for you under fs-uae.

config:
WHDload 18.8
Amiga 1200
2MB chipram
8MB fast RAM

I used the 1.4-C version.

Did you store the kickstart file and the RTB file correctly in Devs:Kickstarts?

My Config File:

# FS-UAE configuration saved by FS-UAE Launcher
# Last saved: 2022-09-04 23:55:50

[fs-uae]
amiga_model = A1200
chip_memory = 2048
fast_memory = 8192
hard_drive_0 = DH0
hard_drive_1 = Spiele
hard_drive_2 = Storage
joystick_port_1 = Xbox One S Controller
kickstart_file = A1200_KS3.2.1.rom
#slow_memory = 1024
fullscreen = 1

Uhm, what do you mean by "Devs:Kickstarts"? In my FS-UAE Folder, it looks like this:
https://i.imgur.com/2ayylqo.png

I tried to replicate your settings, but when I start the ROM, it looks like this:
https://i.imgur.com/ynRsnaa.png

Screenshot while the Emulator is active window gives the screen without the green lines:
https://i.imgur.com/PFUoNYf.png

But as you can see above, on my Monitor the window still has these green lines.

Edit: I should mention that you have to explain these things to me as if you explain it to somebody who has no knowledge of all this stuff.
I'm not used to configure so much for emulation. Also I don't have any technical or hardware knowledge of anything Amiga related, so all of this is kinda new to me. It just overwhelms me and I don't understand a single thing in the configurations.

Check your Picture:
https://i.imgur.com/PFUoNYf.png

you need to but the Kickrom Files in the correct folder on your Harddisk like DH0

subfolder devs must be an folder named kickstarts

You must use the korrekt filenames like:

kick40068.A1200
kick40068.A1200.PAT
kick40068.A1200.RTB

like:
DH0:DEVS/Kickstarts

So I think I found it, in Documents I have an FS-UAE Folder which contains a folder named Kickstarts.
I put the Kickstart and Extended ROM in there now. But what do you mean with file names now? My kickstart rom is a .ROM file for the CD32.
Which name does it have to be then? I don't see in your examples a .ROM extension, I never saw a .PAT or .RTB file. Also the number 40068 does confuse me. What does it stand for and does it have to be 40068 for the CD32 too?

Edit: Still nothing changed after putting it in Documents/FS-UAE/Kickstart

you need:

kick40068.A1200 (your Kickrom File)
kick40068.A1200.PAT
kick40068.A1200.RTB

kick40068.A1200.RTB
Put all of these in my folder: Documents/FS-UAE/Kickstart
All named like you said.
Copied your configurations.
Still says they are missing .....

Edit: It's not my documents folder. It is for me:
C:\Users\Name\Documents\FS-UAE\Hard Drives\DEVS\Kickstarts

These files are already in there. But when I choose the Rom as Kickstart (kick40068.A1200.rom) it gives the same error again.

Edit 2: Attached folder contents and configuration. When I start the game like this, it gives me the error you quoted (https://i.imgur.com/PFUoNYf.png).

You only need CD32 if you want to emulate a CD32. The Amiga 1200 needs the 1200 files.

Locate your disk image and paste the files with correct spelling:

DH0: DEVS/Kickstarts

kick40068.A1200
kick40068.A1200.PAT
kick40068.A1200.RTB

Is required for the 1200

kick34005.A500
kick34005.A500.PAT
kick34005.A500.RTB

Required for the Amiga 500 Kickstart 1.3

I didn't find a .PAT & RTB on the skick for the CD32, possibly not supported.

You have to rename your rom file with the .rom ending to kick40068.A1200, for example, so that it is recognized correctly.

to find the korrekt folder. start fsuae and load the workbench and create a Folder on the Harddrive like test123.

Go back to Windows and use the search funktion and search for test123

Edit: The path used for the Amiga hard disk should actually be in your configuration file with the extension .fs-uae.

Look at the Picture. Click the orange Folder to see the corect folder

Yeah, if I do that, the Hard Drive folder is (the one that opens):
C:\Users\Name\Documents\FS-UAE\Hard Drives

In that folder (like in the screen I uploaded for you to see), there is a folder named DEVS and in there a folder named Kickstarts.
The full path is:
C:\Users\Name\Documents\FS-UAE\Hard Drives\DEVS\Kickstarts

And as you see in my uploaded screenshot, all the files are named correctly in there. But it still gives me the same error again when starting the rom.

I have no folder named DHO.

Edit: I uploaded an attachment for you. This is what opens when I click the orange folder icon next to the Hard Drive Path which says DHO.

DH0 is an example. You must use your own folder. I dont use a standart fsuae file configuratiion for my harddrive.

C:\Users\Name\Documents\FS-UAE\Hard Drives\DEVS\Kickstarts

its looks that is the corect folder for you.

So, why do I get an error that the rom files are missing?

Look at Post #7. The attachment of the Kickstarts folder. Everything is named correctly.

No you must your .rom file rename to
kick40068.A1200 without .rom

Check Requirements on:
http://www.whdload.de/games/RiseOfTheRobots.html

I marked that in red for you with an arrow in your screenshot

kick40068.A1200 is the correct filename for the original Kickstart 3.1 ROM of the Amiga 1200. It is also called 40068 internally and stands for the original 3.1 ROM of the Amiga 1200

The CD32 Kickstart ROM is not compatible. You need a real Kickstart 3.1 ROM from the Amiga 1200 for the WHDLoad emulation to work.

kick40068.A1200
Kickstart version: 40.68
Size: 512KB
Checksum: ok (87ba7a3e)
CRC32: 1483a091
MD5: 646773759326fbac3b2311fd8c8793ee
SHA-1: e21545723fe8374e91342617604f1b3d703094f1

WHDload then uses the checksum to determine whether the Kickstart ROM is the right one.

You also seem to be having problems with missing Setpatch 39.6. Possibly had to check this:
