RGB dead on amiga 500,vidiot?

evening fellas

just dug my 500 out the loft after 20 years,everything works and i can boot into workbench,except no output on RGB with a scart cable,cables OK as ive been using it with my 1200,b+w composite output works fine.

had a quick poke around with a scope and the RGB output lines from the vidiot are dead,tried a quick swap with another denise chip from a dead 500 with pcb rot with the same results.

so what do you guys think,dead vidiot?or should i be checking the two hidden transceivers under there as well?
im not too sure which data lines are tied in with the analogue RGB on the vidiot,so if anyone knows that would be a big help.
