I would have been all over this if i was around at the time. Is this fixed version the one in your collection Damien? I think i suffered crashes too when i played this but i did enjoy it a lot. Would be good to go back to it and play a longer game... Thanks.

Yes, it's the same file in my collection.

As for the game crashing, not really much I can do about it... guess it needs to be fixed by a coder.

I know ADz said the following in this thread:

When you reach a specific amount of ships (about 60 as fas as I remember) it just crashes back to command prompt

When did the game crash for you?

Oh, it was 25 years ago

I'm finding it tricky to remember where in the game i was for some reason - lol. I thought after all the discussion and "fixing" that the crashes were solved, i'll just try to not have too many ships next time i play it
