setting it to 512 or 1024 fixes the crawl but messes up other things.

Probably other mini movies inside animations. Could be my way to circumvent the movie scratch texture (multiple sizes) or simply nobody cared for texture sizes < 2048.

Does it run on 1 MB RAM or do you have 1,024 MB RAM in your rig ?

I suppose the CPU is PowerPC ? Like, 300 MHz ? Or is it OC'ed to 800+ via liquid nitrogen ?

Looks like I wasn't far off with 1,024 MB and hit it spot on with frequency

I really never heard of either Ragnarok or Sonnet - this is the very first time I see those words in relation to Amiga...

I run it on a 450MHz PowerPC (G4/7410) with 256MB RAM and Voodoo3.

New Beta4: "Much Better".

Tip: If you got the Jedi Powers, now you can shred appart enemies enabling "g_saberRealisticCombat".

After quick tests.- every think works. I noticed, that while loading, disappeared strange flashes, now is OK- black screen while loading :-) Thanks
I have a feeling, that flares/flashes in game are more cool!?

Probably the stuff that has been upgraded, but my eyes are burnt from looking at screens and don't notice anything special in the "art" department.

Some of the latest upgrades involve the calling of "events" (whatever key/mouse change) in other part of the engine and game is much smoother specially in places with big halls and full of enemies, no matter what the framerate says: Before it was a considerable lag.

Some of my findings hopefully will benefit all the other Q3 ports I've done.

And I'm playing again the full game while upgrading code. Can't resist enemies been decapitated.
