IMPULSE was renamed into DISPOSSABLE HERO, and released by GREMLIN in 1994.

APANO SIN got also released in 2000 by LEVEL ONE MARKETING. I bought a copy of this crap game back than, and it is really the lamest shoot em up I have ever played.

There is also a WHDLoad version of EXTRACTORS available.

I seem to remember both the demo and full version coming with a magazine; The One in both cases I think.
The game was mental. What were you really supposed to do? It must be one of the slickest and fastest Amiga games ever done.

I have a game with another twist though - it is supposed to have been released, but I know of no one who knows it. Except Peter Olofsson. And he also claims it is the first ever Amiga game released (before Mindwalker or others).
The game is called "Monkey Business" (a Donkey Kong clone) and is available on the ST.
Anyone know it? I would of course not ask for a copy. Oh no.

Well if Peter does know the game, he might have it. Ask him. For HOL, screenshots would suffice.

If my eyesight isn't failing me you seem to be missing a pretty high-profile game:
10000 Leagues Under The Sea.

It was previewed in American magazines and was Jim Sachs' big project. I don't remember if he fell out with Disney or if he packed in because of piracy running rampant. Did he do anything else after he stopped working on it? (The CD32 interface I guess...)
From what I can remember it looked absolutely stunning. I wonder if he took some of it and adapted for his goldfish screensaver?

Jim Sachs never did finish 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Judging from his website, it doesn't sound like he was anywhere near finished because he couldn't strike an agreement with Disney. He also says that he used a few of the techniques developed from coding the unfinished game in his Aquarium screensaver.

Our own Hall of Light (HOL) gives you a brief bio/crib sheet on Jim Sachs along with his pic:

http://hol.abime.net/search.php?N_ref_artist=1258

After the unfinished 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, he spent 3 years developing software for a 3D bicycle training device that was used by the U.S. Olympic cycling team and others and, of course, released the Aquarium screensaver. Check out the link to his Aquarium website above or from the HOL crib sheet for more info.

Hi to all:

Anybody knows anything about pixeldreams and their unreleased game: goldrake?

Also, I wonder if we have anything from skeltor?

OK, it's little, confusing game, nothing special, really Shadow effect was done in different way than in any other game at that time, but that's all.
