Exclamation Amiga 2000 hardware problem

I have a big problem with one of my Amiga 2000.
When I powerup it starts booting Workbench 2.0 on harddrive.
Some seconds after workbench comes up the computer crashes.
I have also tried to remove scsicard and boot on floppy resulting in that crash comes about the same time from the boot as when booted by harddrive. Because the floppy is slower that means that the crash is before the workbench is showed...

Sometimes the mouse works for some seconds while everything else is frozen.
Some times it guro with 8000000x where x often is 3. (non recoverable bus error Word/ longword on odd address)

When cold it works longer before crashing than it warm.
Motherboard came from my Amiga 1500.

What is the problem with mb?

Two clues here, works longer when it's cold and bus error. Most likely one of the chips that control the bus have started to fail. Power isn't likely to be a problem because you got the same error(s) after you removed the SCSI card, thereby lowering the overall current drain on the system. Also the same issue from two separate sources of data stream ( CF and floppy ).

I think get yourself a can of freeze spray and start spraying the data bus control chips ( 74xx244 or 74xx245 ) and see which one is playing up, most likely a chip failure which presents when the part warms up.

The only other thing I would be interested to know is whether an error presents on games or other software and if it does then does it always happen at the same point?

Also look for dried solder joints, these old A2000 systems are prone to getting cracked/dried solder joints.

I think it could be a RAM fault, i've seen the same behaviour related to glitchy DRAM.

Could also be PSU cap related.
