battery problems - advice needed, please

Hello, this is my first time posting here, so I hope I get everything right.

I am trying to resurrect my Amiga A500 Plus, so I can test whether all my old games (on floppies) still work. I get a green light and the internal floppy drive makes that initial 'click' sound, but I can't hear any other activity. My external floppy drive makes the click and then a fairly loud whining sound. The monitor (which does work OK with other sources) is completely blank.

Anyway, I took the case apart and I have the dreaded battery leak. It looks pretty bad to me but I'd appreciate some advice on whether the board is going to be recoverable in some way, or not.

I have also included some of the ID that is on the board, I don't know whether that makes any difference to anything.

You are right, this has leaked very badly.

It can be recovered, it just takes a lot of time.

Firstly you need to remove battery from PCB, later try to neutralize electrolyte leaked from battery with some mild acid - citric acid (lemon juice) should be fine, after neutralizing you need to thoroughly wash area with water (de-ionized one - you can buy such water almost everywhere with car stuff alternatively it is sometimes sold as water for ironing clothes).
After all clean everything (if possible whole PCB) with isopropyl alcohol and left to dry.
Be careful with tight spaces under components - this area is most difficult to clean. It may be necessary to replace IC sockets with new ones.
