Cannot get a Game to load from CLI - But loads from WB perfectly

This one game (Scorched Tanks) simply refuses to load from CLI - instead you have to first LoadWB and then click the icon

I am unsure how I could fix this, the method I thought which might work is something like a WB Loader what works from CLI if anyone knows of one perhaps?

Could this perhaps be fixed by using a WBLoad method (ie. loading in the icon information before the game loads) - I know of some Menu Editors like ToolsDaemon allow you to "WB Launch" or "CLI Launch" programs from the top dropdown menus, and if you try to "WB Launch" a program without a ".info" file it will basically say "where is .info file" and not load it

Is this some kind of Protection perhaps?

Why would it successfully load from WB but not from CLI?

The actual Icon itself has no properties, and can infact be any icon (does not have to be the default one as shown)

Please help if you can

I think that Wbload or WBRun will do the job.
