OK. Can you tell me where I should connect the power on the board? Also, I assume that should be set as TTL + PULSE?

Just use power from the four pin floppy connector, yes TTL

Re-Amiga could save hours of wasted time investigating.

So checked pins 13 and 14 ( _IDE_CS(1) and _IDE_CS(2)) and both are lit on high and stay on high all the time even when KS is loaded. Also kind of weird as I will suspect that Gayle will get hot in that case but is not.

I assume the light should blink or switch from HI to LO when is booting and gone when KS is fully loaded.

Any thoughts?

Looks like the Gayle may be faulty as the _IDE_CS(1) should send a pulse on boot up to detect if there is a Drive on the IDE port

OK, sounds like I need to replace it. The question is to better do that on the current board or go for ReAmiga?

Well that board has had some damage to it so if you can do a reamiga A1200

Also get a pair of Diagrom roms so you can test the A1200 more

It looks like you have nothing connected to the IDE so based on that I have decided to take off the CF card and I have got the same as you (photo #1 below).

Then I switched the adapter to the SC card with just empty SD cards and it shows as expected (photo #2 below).

Any thoughts on that? Not enough power on for the CF card?
