Just create the required folder structure

Personally, this is what I do:

64-bit version probably also should include all the stuff but it isn't important, most folders are created automatically when winuae is run (but check Paths panel because default is not to use exe folder)

Or unpack 32-bit first and then unpack 64-bit exe in same directory. All the extra stuff work with both executables.

Ah yes. You're right regarding putting x64 inside x32 or manually change paths

I noticed the x64 booted very quickly in comparison to x32 (I'm using 64bit OS but always inclined to install 32bit due to being able to copy paste my set up to older 32 bit machines) but I can now simply place the x64 .exe into same folder to make it universal!

Thank you

Maybe worth including the folder structure inside a .zip archive and placing on EAB FTP or maybe Toni could include on the site as optional download?

Thanks for all your hard work. I use winuae almost daily. Mainly for documents and work. Having it installed on a laptop allows me to get my amiga experience any where. Merry Christmas to all.

What a nice exercise for everyone to make a .bat file for themselves that runs a bunch of md commands to make the directories.
