Breaking down WinUAE settings (GUI)

As a suggestion for improvement, I suggest revising the WinUAE settings (GUI). There are now so many settings that you'll be overwhelmed, especially as a beginner. I think it would be good to divide it into beginners (standard) and professionals (advanced).

Beginner setting is Quickstart and for advanced user the all the other settings.
There are some front-ends that are projected for beginner user so you no more need to access WinUAE and run games simply cliccking on the name games.

I don't consider myself a beginner, but there is hardly ever a need to leave the quickstart settings (except for saving and loading states).
