A little question about Max Rally

I own a copy of this game on CD-ROM but i thought it was released only in floppy version.
Do you know something about?

According to HOL it was only released on AGA / ECS / OCS:

I have seen a CD32 version floating around but it's not official... This is probably just something someone made out of the floppy disk version for CD32 owners to play with, much like Rod-Land and Parasol Stars: The
