Speeding up UAE
Hi
I can see from the settings in UAE that you can change the screen refresh rate to speed up games. Choosing every second frame doubles the speed of UAE, and choosing every tenth frame speeds it up ten times etc. My question is can I speed it up say 1.5 times, or 1.2 times, to make UAE run 20% or 50% faster if 100% faster (which is the lowest increment) is too much? Actually I have just realised I am still using version 1.5.2. Is this option available in more recent versions? Thanks |

Screen refresh only drops drawn frames.
Option you are looking for is "FPS Adj." in Display panel. |

I see what you mean. I had confused myself earlier when I played with both settings and for some reason concluded that it was the screen refresh that sped it up.
Thanks |
