any videos on how to install Workbench onto CF flash hdd?

Any videos on youtube on how to format and create a drive, maybe partition and install Workbench onto a CF flash hdd? I've got an A600 with a 4gb module hdd and amigakits pcimia adapter and a blank 4gb flash card.
I was going to use this guide...
...but it threw me a bit. Tried to create an A600 profile on winuae using the ks that I have (3.1) and it said it needed a 68020? How does my A600 run then?

On WinUAE you probably used the A1200 version of KS3.1 Rom, you need to use the A500/600/2000 version (40.63) for 68000 CPU's (This is because the A600 does not have an 68020 processor like the A1200)

If your A600 has Rom version 2.0 you should use Workbench 2.0, your A600 must have at least KS2.0 37.300 to use a HDD or CF on the internal IDE, 37.299 for example does not have the necessary driver.
