Question Which SMD rework station do you recommend?

After having a look round tonight there seem to be many to choose from

So with a budget of upto £100 what would people recommend for SMD work?

Cheers me dears

@Paul s

I just got stung on ebay for £60 as my new KADA 850D wont play ball..

the moment you plug it in it dances arround the work top quite violently, although amusing its far from productive.

I tried contacting the seller but alas there "no longer registered" so emails wont do toffee.... patience i feel... if not i will have to fix it my self.

boo I was having a look on fleabag too - don't think I'll bother now Seem to be lots of imported china pieces circulating on there too.

Hmm will have a further look and see if I can find some links from a reputable company in the UK

@Zetr0

It is possible to recover your money and in this case pull a fast one and keep the dud station, depending on how you paid, I get scamming buyers pull them stunts on me alot which really p*sses me off. If you paid by card or by card via PayPal (but not a PayPal balance) you could call you bank/card people and the sheer mention of the word PayPal will cause them to do a chargeback, its then upto PayPal to recover the money from the seller.

Give it a go.
