He used a boot menu which he had written.

I see Bloodwych & Extended Levels on one of his screen shots. That better not be my patch, as distribution of derivative works or collections is specifically forbidden in the license agreements I put on my patches (to combat just this sort of thing).

I shall contact the seller for clarification.

I've the VeRO form filled in and ready to fax, waiting to hear back from the seller. If you can confirm some of your patches are on the card and you don't want them sold like that, fill in the form here:

copyright-infringement.pdf

...and fax it to eBay (number is at the top of the form).

He is also selling a CD with OS 1.3/2.1/3.1 on them.
Saying they are a backup of originals only, does not allow anyone to sell them.

There are some of my patches (Blasteroids, BlueMax...). I asked him to remove his item.

Hi,

do you include any of the WHDLoad patches listed on this page:
http://www.girv.net/amiga/patching/g...oad-index.html ?

These are created by me, and their license terms _forbid_ selling of compilations as you are doing. Other WHDLoad patch authors have also already contacted eBay regarding your auction.

Please advise.

John Girvin.
