Ambermoon Arcade - very early demo videos
Hi there!
I uploaded several demo videos from AA. I recorded them directly from my A1200 - 030/40mhz. These videos should give you an impression of the gfx and music. Please keep in mind that... ...it´s very boring because the enemies are stupid or too tough. Will do it asap! ...there are no platforms to jump on. Will do it asap! ...animations are missing. Will do it asap! ...there is only one object to pick up. Will do it asap! ...it´s not THAT fast using the EHB mode. Will...ehm, no. (Maybe I´ll use a smaller screen size.) Here are the videos: Title screen and story: [ Show youtube player ] Level 1: [ Show youtube player ] In between storyline: [ Show youtube player ] Level 2 and L2-Boss: [ Show youtube player ] Tavern: [ Show youtube player ] Level 3: [ Show youtube player ] YouTube quality is awful. Sorry. |

Hi viddi,
the music is really nice mate! The graphics look good, but since there are many animations missing it's a bit hard to tell how it will be when everything is done (but it really looks promising ). The 'head jump' to kill an enemy is quite funny though . Great work so far and I really hope 'asap' is not too long |

Thanks CyberDruid.
I think a playable demo will be out in autumn. Too much real life stuff to do. |

Awesome! Thanks again.
Beside the limitations of Backbone it´s not that stressful. But I did some mistakes in the beginning and have to iron out them now. This is my first attempt at creating an action game, you know. |

Thanks, Marco.
@CyberDruid: Sure! These tunes are 4 channel mods. I did them with OctaMed 3 and saved them as old ST-modules. Just PM me! P.S.: I especially like the Level 3 song... |

Thank you very much, Graham.
I´ll work on AA today. It´s time for a relaxing Amiga day... |
