Programmer API for WinUAE

Hi, I want to write a nice GUI for novices to easily control WinUAE. That means a little starter program (like Amiga Forever) that runs and configure WinUAE external. Is there a COM or any other interface to WinUAE and where can I get detailed information ...

There is no real API. Only way to control WinUAE are command line parameters or config files.

Is there any documentation for the command line parameter or config files ? And is it possible to start WinUAE in a hidden mode ?

1st - Dunno
2nd - Yes .. set use_gui=no in a configuration file, then load that config like 'winuae -config=ecs13.uae'

Tony, would be an awful lot of work to add a /? or -help alike switch to WinUAE?a selected few morons like to destroy our data by messing around with them commandline parameters......and the /? or -help would make it easier to mess around and destroy our data :P
