Is there any chance of getting the new fix details?
I recently discovered that all my 4 indivision ecs's bought during the 2010, have this ripple issue, when used in my Amiga 500+ mobo rev. 8A with turbocard and Amiga-ATX PSU.. Video of the issue here: [ Show youtube player ] Now what to do? They all are probably out of warranty period.. Maybe my more experienced Amiga friend could do this fix for me, but where to get the fix details? |

Here they are. One of them, but I believe all the four are the same.

PSU works fine with other Amigas. Even if I use the Indivision mounted on A604 in A600 with the same PSU picture is clear. It behaves this way only on the A500+..

OK, thanks for the info. I will do some more test without expansions in A500+ to see if it doesnt interfere w. Indy.

Sorry for bringing this old thread up again.
amigoun, could you solve the issue on the A500? My configuration is A500+, IndiECS, ACA500, ACA1233. The ACA1233 is new and with it I get the same distortions like the ones in the Youtube video above. Without the ACA1233 the picture is perfect. |

PSU is a 300W be quiet ATX power supply which I am using for a few years now on the Amiga. Never had any problems with this one.

I solved the problem finally, thanks to Jens from Individual Computers. The Problem is that the modern ATX power supply has too much ripple on the 5V rail. There are no graphic corruptions at all when I use my old Amiga power supply (this one can deliver up to 4.5A on the 5V rail).
