Well it (kinda) made it to the Amiga : http://hol.abime.net/3442
It misses the speech, but it is playable on an Amiga (given some horsepower is in it ).

I personally think more LucasArts/Lucasfilm adventure games should have been released for the amiga (any amiga including CD32 for talkie versions):

The Dig
Full Throttle
Sam & Max
Day of the Tentacle

I think the a1200/CD32 could have been capable of handling ports of these with a few adjustments

I know it can do it considering my NDS with scummvm can and it has and ARM processor with only 2 meg ram.

Nemesis (Gradius)
Salamander (Lifeforce)
Rescue on Fractalus
The Eidolon
Gauntlet 1 (or Gauntlet 2 looking as good as G1 on the ST)

Plenty of games that never came out for the Amiga, probably because at the time C= were trying to sell it for too much money and not many people would buy one to play games @ £600 etc.

Warhammer: Shadow of the Hornet Rat would have been good to see on the Amiga back in early 1996 when it came out on PC.

I remember I found this game in a pile of discount games in a local shop here and not really knowing
the game I picked this up with some others since it was cheap...I guess it was in 1997, well I'm glad I did, lol

Where is the Download!!!!

Also why can't someone just make a ScummVM for the Amiga?!?

It can't be that hard considering there's at least 3 open source projects in circulation.

I think that some of the Apogee PC classics would have been nice. I'm just imagining how nice Commander Keen would have been with a proper soundtrack and graphics nicer than EGA... The 2D Duke Nukems would have been cool to have on Amiga too.

Uploading it to Magix FTP (http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=38697) in the folder 'Games/rare_games/DOTT' right now

The download doesn't work, but you can find it also on Magix FTP in the folder 'The Zone!'

Extract them all to one location with the included folder structure. I've never messed around with it much, but got it to work.

I'd have liked a version of Ranarama for the Amiga, complete with some aural + visual updates.

I just thought of another game that would have been absolutly awesome on the amiga.

Fallout 1, 2, and a Modified version of the new 3. The new version could have been remade to have the top down view like the second and keep the story line.

For anyone not familiar Its a post nuclear war RPG/RTS. The NPC's in the game have agendas and don't always make the same decision so every time you play the game its different.

I second Heart of Darkness,in the tradition of Delphine games.

I would like Lomax game too,the last Henk Neiborg jewel

and Prince of Persia 2,very hard the last levels anway a classic one

and Ice Climber, great gameplay, one PD game version in the old times would have been perfect

and EOB 3,Lands of Lore,Heart of the Alien,Albion,Theme Hospital,Commandos,DOTT...
