Is there any chance we could have this thread stickied please? It's quite a good reference for YouTube stuff and it is quite easy to miss when it slips on to page 2, so it could also prevent people setting up other YouTube-related threads and just use the one thread which is far more convenient, I think.

Zetr0 Retr0liscious moment

feel this is a good place to share some of my past if any so.... heres to begin

Maximum OverDrive II
Clearly a Romp of threae disks, I think they had a lot of fun making it!

Amiga Land: Atmosphere
I love some of the technical achievement in this, its subtle so look closely

The Black Lotus 2002: Little Nell

Some wonderfull texturing, particals, anims... amiga with horsepower needed,

but as with most Black Lotus work, it takes a bit to get in to it, so hold on I promise it will be worth it...

Now while i have you here i think i shall take you on a little journey of Black Lotus

Another of my favourites

1997: Captured Dreams

Heres one for the Purist
Lego 1993: The REAL 40k Demo
Some good sin waves, and effects... Oh and great humour!!! this is one of the few demo's i have seen that can achieve 16 bit planes on ANY Amiga

Another absolute classic from 1993

Virtual Dreams & Fairlight 1993: - FullMoon

I had been kicking back one day and my m8y Ant brought this over... i was gob smacked!

Ahhhh now i get to take you back to 1991.... remember them days?

heres one of my favourites from that year by Razor1911 (yes does PC cracks these days)
Razor 1911 - 1991: Voyage

I loved the polys to bitmap transistions, great!

Now this one doesn't get as much BIG UP as its predecessor, this is unfair as it has some great routines that are emulated and used in sooo many demos
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=4l1ESP...eature=related
Kefrens - Desert Dream (part 2)

and since we are talking Kefren

how about this piece

Keferns 1993: - D.A.N.E.

I like the music and the FAST fluid movements in this.

I do hope you have enjoyed this little retro-ride, we like to thank you for traveling with Team Zetr0, and hope you have a great day

Made an update!

Currently 447 has movies uploaded to youtube.
Alot of movies has not been uploaded and wont be
uploaded because of the bad quality of youtube videos.

Recorded Amiga Games itself host at the moment 535
video files where 423 of them are Longplays, 65 being
speedruns, the rest are misc movies.

Many of the longplays on youtube is several hours long.
This account being a Director's account removes the need
of having 10 minutes part videos. You can view hour long
movies in one go, as ONE entire movie!. An example of
this is my [ Show youtube player ], It's over
4 hours and 30 minutes long! Muhahaha

Youtube link
Self explanatory

[ Show youtube player ]
Just a simple introduction video I threw together

Link to all the 535 movies at RAG
Downloadable in top quality

Link to the RAG Streamer
Currently 277 movies. Unlike youtube, this streamer has perfect
video and sound quality, streaming the original video files.

This YouTube channel now also hosts PS1-3, Xbox, PC, Arcade, PSP, SNES, NES etc movies for the www.longplays.net site.

If you have the source files, make it one big video and upload them to RAG instead. Don't think alot of people fancy watching lots of 10 min parts.

Hi Necro,

very nice longplay of Legends I actually never got very far in the game, but after watching you play it I must give it another try. Thanks for the video
Btw : You should change the 'Sound buffer size' in WinUAE to synch the audio to the game.

Ah I had to actually desync the sound at times, as it was making hypercam lag me.. it was very confusing.

Don't use Hypercam, use WinUAE's built in recording function.

Check the tutorial on Recorded Amiga Games for how to get the best results

Upload your full movies by registering at RAG, then login and press the "Submit Movies" button.

But your movies should really be in best quality, it's better for all. Here is a guide that most recorders went by to record to best possible quality from WinUAE, and to publish them in near perfect quality. All you need to make top quality movies is on that page.

But as you have already recorded them, you could:

1. If you have the source files, encode them to mp4 using the guide in the link above, then upload the movie.
2. Upload the source file(s) and an Admin will do the work for you (this time), which is encoding it to a proper format and adding text in the beginning.

Hey, those mods are available somewhere, no need for ripping
Muffler is god, he edits commercial drum&bass nowadays. It was obvious, such a talented chap! I rmember seeing haujobb demos just to listen to his music.

Happy Bigging Up the Amiga on YouTube

Just added a couple of vids for your disposal at YouTube.

Playlist:
http://www.youtube.com/view_play_lis...F8AA963DDD0A85

Two of the videos use Annotations, otherwise they don't really make sense.

Enjoy your Bank Holiday Monday (UK).

Over and out;

Skippyster.
