Seeking a _modern_ high-resolution photo of the GVP EGS
Hi folks,
I recently purchased a damaged GVP EGS, which had a blown tantalum capacitor (C59) which I need to determine the value for. The old "high resolution" photo at http://amiga.resource.cx/photos/gallery/egs28.jpg is not of sufficient resolution to be able to read component values. Can anyone with a MODERN digital camera take a photo of their GVP EGS card? It _is_ detected in the early boot menu, and shows as 'working' |

Was C58 ruined in the same explosion?
Seems the tantalums are identical. Based on this I'd say 47uF and 16V https://bigbookofamigahardware.com/b...ct24_f_big.jpg |

C58 was caked with Magic Smoke/carbon, but not visibly damaged. I'm of course planning on replacing both of them. My hope was that they were identical. 47uF@16V seems pretty standard. |
