Good GlowIcons like that of OS 3.9

Hey, do exists a complete pack of GlowIcons, which look so good like that of OS 3.9? I downloaded the GlowIcons Collection CD but they look a bit poor if compared to that little pack that comes with OS 3.9. I know that Matt Chaput drew some icons, is there some complete pack drawed by him which I dont know of?

KensIcons v3 are in the zone,
his homepage disappered from the net

#1 is available on the EAB File Server, #2 doesn't seem to be.
