Played Factorio over weekend and left it run for some time (25 satellites launched). Within last couple of days made transition from steam into solar power, 6 lines of green on main buss and working on mass producing blue circuit boards and updating all belt and lines to red and blue. Got most of achievements on non-steam version, except speed runs.

I gave up on Control after completing twenty-odd missions. The action is fantastic, but the rest is abit meh. Maybe I will return to it sometime later.

I've re-installed Bloodborne, in the hopes that I will finally be able to beat the first level.

I also purchased Bayonetta, a game that I have heard alot about but never played. Keen to check it out at some stage.

I started to play Hotline Miami. Didn't like it at my first try, but now I thought I give it a chance and I must say, it's much better than I thought at first.
Still, a lot of try&die gameplay (which I usually don't like) and it's frustrating when you get stuck on a pixel, because this means usually death.
Music is definitely good. Reminds me of the C64/Amiga times. Sounds almost like chiptunes.

I was watching a lot of GTA related material on Youtube. So many secrets. So, so many secrets. Also so much cut content, it's quite fun to see what could have been. That gave me the bug again to play GTA 5 so I've been doing that. Now I know what my problem with the game is - it's just too easy compared to previous titles. I'm now playing it first person just to have a very different playing experience...

Also Quake remastered because what the heck I got it for free. Play it with a controller for some extra challenge.

I thought that GTA V story is very linear with some branches at the end... How you get there might be something you can change and I do agree, it is bit too easy at times... due to script.

There is also a Quake 2 VR version available. Haven't tried it yet, but looking forward to it.

Don't knof if this is also the case in GTA5 but I remember when playing GTA4 I had a problem with a mission and was dying a few times. Suddenly the game asked me if I want it to make the mission easier. WTF? What? I was already annoyed about that, but after still dying a few times it suddenly made the mission easier. Much less opponents then before. I was so pissed off about that that I uninstalled it. I prefer it the Dark Souls way...

GTA 5 does similar things without asking you about it. There was this one mission where I had to shoot a person fleeing in a sports car. I failed because I crashed and the person got away because of that. ... someone I found through GPS tracking which apparently turned off the moment I found them, but whatever.

I hit retry and I get spawned right behind the person I need to shoot... who is now riding a bike and thus a whole lot easier to shoot. Gee, thanks game. One mistake and I get treated like I suck.

Little Nightmares. Never played it before, so got it via PS Now. A bit frustrating in places, but overall I'm enjoying it. Also drift hunter and skyward sword HD remake.

Currently playing Moonstone, Deluxe Galaga and Bouderdash.... to name a few.

My 16 & 18 year olds love retro games as much as I did when I had them running on an Amiga 500/600/1200 & 2000.

Been going through the entire Far Cry series again as of Far Cry 3... good god never try Far Cry 5 on hard mode, the opening sequence in the car is MADDENING. I even had to check Youtube if I wasn't just really unlucky, but no it's universally known that the introduction sequence is exceedingly unbalanced and depends a lot on pure luck to survive through it. I ain't got time to bleed that much.

Now I'm on Far Cry Primal again (which is ridiculously easy by comparison) and after that I'm finishing it off with Far Cry Blood Dragon as the most colorful and 80's-licious of the bunch, a good one to finish off the run with.

I'm tiring myself out on Far Cry Rambo-simulatoring so I won't be bothered by the fact that I'm not going to be playing the awesome looking Far Cry 6 for at least another two years

Been playing Ion Fury again because a 2.0 update came out which added better controller support.

Playing a 2.5D build engine game with a controller. It's a... it's an... experience.

If you would like to give that a go like me, switch to the hotfixes beta channel because they fixed an annoying bug with the dual uzis. Unless you like to randomly be turned 180 degrees around while firing them.

I played Lotus 2 first, and that is therefore my favorite I'm still impressed by how bloody fast it moves.

At the moment I am playing Brian the Lion, which I really loved back then, but never completed it.
Now I opened a thread for some suggestions which games to try to complete, and Brian was suggested, so I tried again (I used my old password codes - glad I still had them )

Still, I have some trouble finding all worlds....like I mentioned in this thread:https://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=98366

Played tutorial in AoE4... it looks and plays nice. Tutorial is bit longer, and attack with units is bit more interesting than before.
